How Sign-in Works

A Training Kiosk is a shared device. Everyone signs in with one account, then picks their own name, so progress and certificates still save to the right person.

You need an Admin role and the account's master password to reach the admin dashboard.

Sign in

1. Go to your Coggno account on the kiosk device.
2. Select your name. Search, or filter by group, if the list is long.
3. Click Continue.
4. Enter the master password. This step is for admin profiles only — employees go straight to their training.

Admins share the same master password. Anyone whose profile is set to Employee never sees the prompt.
