Step 1: Before you Import, you need to create a group.
- Click Users Tab
- Click New Group (How to Create a Group)
Step 2: Click Import Users
- You need to Download the import sheet template and fill in your users' credentials.
- Upload an Excel spreadsheet with the list of users and the system will process and create individual accounts for your all users.
- A system-generated email is sent to your users with their credentials. And you can also include a personalized message that will be added to the email.
