How to Confirm or Decline Course Requests Follow

  1. Click on the Training Hub button.
  2. Click on Requests
  3. Click Actions – choose either Confirm to approve or Decline.


Note: If there isn’t enough balance on the admin account and a course request has been made, an email will be sent to you advising that there was a course request submitted but there’s not enough balance on the account to approve the request.
