How to create a Survey? Follow

1. Select Survey from Admin drop down menu

2. Click Create New Survey

3. Choose from the list of questions or create your own by clicking New Question

4. Name the survey and select and end date, then press next.

5. Select which departments you want to receive the Survey, then press save.

6. Employees will now get a new survey notification on their mobile phone prompting them to take it.
