Where is my certificate?

Certificates of completion will be automatically emailed to you after you completed the course or once you pass the final exam if the course have knowledge checks.

There are a couple of options if you do not receive it:

  • Check your email SPAM folder. Sometimes certificates are being routed there by email service providers.
  • Log into your Coggno account and click ‘My Certificates’ in the upper right corner of the screen. If you are already logged in, click on ‘Backend’ or 'My Home’ on the SHOP tab to route to the correct page.




My certificate is not printing my name correctly.

  • Your name will be printed on the certificate exactly as it was entered into the system when the account was set up. To change contact support - support@coggno.com. You may also click the "Submit Request" button in the menu and fill out a simple form. A Coggno representative will contact you as soon as possible.
Someone else’s name is on my certificate. How do I fix this?
  • Your account may have been set up incorrectly. E-mail tech support for help.
