Don't worry if you see (particularly on large SCORM files) that your loading hangs when it reaches 99.69% total loading of data from your SCORM file transfer.
This occur due to the antivirus / security software / fire wall deployed on your computer. It creates a local buffer and cause the load clock to appear stuck.
This does not affect the loading of your SCORM. Log out and check your file, and it should have loaded successfully.
You can resolve this problem by disabling your security software.
