SCORM Questions Reports Follow

The reports allow you to generate human readable reports containing all answers to the SCORM quizes in your modules.

Many SCORM authoring tools allow you to create beautiful quizes that talk back to the LMS (Coggno) and send the answers given by users. Coggno stores this information in its database and allows you to generate reports.

This task can be more or less complicated depending on the SCORM authoring tool that you used to create your training. We will try to help you to use this unique function as much as we. Feel free to send your questions and suggestions.

How do I see SCORM question reports?

Being an author of a SCORM module you can navigate to "Reports" subsection in the module details. You will see similar picture having a few completion reports.

Reports tab

What if I see "No reports" message?

This means that nobody has taken this particular module yet. There are few ways to manage this situation:

a) Invite a few users to take your module. This is good for testing as well.

b) Click "Preview Module" link on your details page and take they module yourself.

Why do I need to setup my questions?

Many SCORM authoring tools allow you to create beautiful quizes that talk back to the LMS (Coggno) and send the answers given by users. Coggno stores this information in its database and allows you to generate reports. However, Coggno has no information about what exact question text it was, the questions are communicated using "question identifiers" that are not always very readable.

To work around this issue we let you match question identifiers to the question text. You don't have to provide exact question text if it is too long, but keep in mind that the text that you enter will be used in the reports that Coggno generates for you.

How do I setup my questions text?

Locate Setup question button above the reports table:
